Want to teach your children to swim? Not sure where to start? My friend turned me on to this FREE amazing website with clear concise swimming lessons from birth to older that includes fun to watch videos, lesson plans to take to the pool in a step by step incremental plan. You can even print off completion certificates along the way. This swimming instruction website is found at uswim and you watch the video clips with your child then print off the lesson plan and head to the pool!
