This is a great routine that is effective, doable, quick and not overwhelming. I did this last year 6 weeks after I had Cruz and it really helped! It goes a lot faster once you have done it a few times and don't have to read the instructions for each exercise. Just stick with it for 6 weeks before you give up and you WILL see results.
