DIY pancake syrup

Ok so it is not healthy by any stretch of the imagination but it sure beats buying the over processed store bought kind with all the added ingredients.

1/2 Cup white sugar
1/2 Cup brown sugar
2 Cups water
mapel flavoring (optional)

Put both sugars in a sauce pan on high.  When the sides start to puff out add water.  Leave on high not forgetting to stir and cook it at the hard boil stage till it starts to thicken. Pour into a beautiful bottle and your done!
